Entwerfen. Genese und Verfahrenslogik einer Zivilisationstechnik - Lecture by Guest Professor Marc Pfaff
We are excited to announce that Prof. Dr. des. Marc Pfaff, our guest professor in the Design & Computation program, held his inauguration lecture. The lecture explored his doctoral dissertation, "Entwerfen. Genese und Verfahrenslogik einer Zivilisationstechnik", which examines the poietic and epistemic dimensions of design processes as a cultural technique. Marc Pfaff's expertise and research bring invaluable perspectives to our transdisciplinary work, and we are thrilled to have him mentoring our third-semester studio projects this term.It was an insightful and thought-provoking discussion on the intersection of design, culture and technology, which included contributions from students and an introduction by Head of Department Prof. Albert Lang.
